The service

ImgExact provides free, browser-based image utilities. Processing happens on your device. No account is required and no file is uploaded to us.

Your files, your rights

You keep all rights to the images you process. Because your files never reach our systems, we cannot access, review or claim any rights over them.

No warranty for critical use

The tools are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Image processing depends on your browser and the file itself. For critical applications — official documents, medical imagery, legal submissions — always verify the result before relying on it. The tools are designed to report exactly what they did, including failures, so verification is quick.

Acceptable use

• Use the tools for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to weaponize the feedback channels to attack this site or its users.
• Do not present outputs of this site as certified-compliance products (e.g., "guaranteed accepted by any portal").

Intellectual property

Platform and product names (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X) are trademarks of their respective owners, used here factually to describe image specifications. No partnership or endorsement is implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgExact is not liable for damages arising from use of the tools, including rejected uploads, quality expectations, or data loss. Keep your originals: every tool produces a new file and never modifies your source.
